“Accommodation was simple and there was no room service. However the view and gardens were stunning with large shady trees and it’s right on the beach. Swimming good- just need to walk out a bit at low tide. Quiet with good privacy and great restaurant a short stroll down the beach.Birds were amazing, monkeys every day, sloths, crocodiles across the road. Jetty for tours within walking distance. Hosts delightful.”

“It is a true rare gem. A wonderful lodge in the middle of the jungle. Our villa was spacious. It has two huge rooms and a giant porch where we saw monkeys. I was grilling to the sound of howler monkeys. The owners are a young Danish couple who are welcoming and helpful. They are building a big pool which is going to be ready in the next few weeks. “This is a lovely place, but I can't give it a great review because on the day we checked-in no one was available at the hotel to answer the phone. Answering the phone when you have guest traveling from out of country, and to a very remote location is standard basic custom service. For whatever reason we could not find our email confirmation the day we were scheduled to arrive and we called and called for 5 hours straight on a Saturday between 12noon-5pm and no one answered the phone.
