"The A/C was set to 84°. We kept lowering it and they kept raising it remotely. Woke up sweating both nights. Had trouble entering. Code didn’t work. FYI it’s not 5 minutes from the beach! Hall shower had no hot water! And only 1 towel in each shower"

Hidden Gem in Rocky Point
"The "cottage", compared to the mega-mansions in Las Conchas, was wonderful. Small, intimate, cozy, right on the beach!! Well furnished, clean, comfortable, quiet. I will visit again and again."

"Amazing,well equipped home. Ocean front. Beautiful views and very comfortable home. Patio furniture and every beach toy you can imagine. Owner was VERY communicative, super easy chexk in and out process."
