Family owned and run, you are dealing with beautiful local people. You can hire scooters and walk to Mushroom Bay and the Sandy Bay Beach club is a very short walk. Comfortable beds, good air conditioning and wifi, and great pool area. Definitely would go back - and the adjoining massage spa is excellent!”

“We are very surprise when we enter to our room, good sea view, nice swiming pool, big bed and it has a kitchen for cooking. This hotel is near the beach, we can walk down by stairs in 5 minutes. So many restaurant there, don't worry about the breakfast and dinner. Good sevices, after we book the hotel from expedia, hotel manager contact us to book the cruise to Lembongan for round trip include the transport from the pier to hotel. Feel good and relax, my girlfriend and I very enjoy it.……

Property was clean and comfortable, nice little bungalows surrounding a pool, lovely and boutique within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Lovely and quiet. Highly recommend if you are looking to stay close to mushroom beach or dream beach. Would stay here again without hesitation 5 star staff really made us feel welcome and cared for. ”

“Villa was great with own private pool. Only a short 5 minute walk to closest beach. However if you are after a quiet undisturbed sleep maybe this villa is not for you. Loud live music was playing nearby everynight of our stay from approx 8pm - 12pm. Also barking dogs and crowing roosters all night. Also had no hot water to our shower and sinks (although our other villa also had no sink hot water). Shower hot water was rectified but ran out very quickly. Overall was satisfied with out stay and……
