“we were disappointed we have stayed at vacation rentals before. The management company wasn’t ready for us. The gated community the security entrance did not have her name. The management company did not have her place ready to go.. the Management come eat, took us to our villa and turned on the air conditioners and left. We had no Wi-Fi and there was a fine layer of dust on the counters. in an hour, the place had cooled down we went and got some groceries the next morning I went to make coffee……

Great neighbors over this time and the Los Delfines area offers lots of great choices for activities. There is a lot of development occurring so construction activity is constant. On-site dining is limited to El Rancho which is good and very amenable for owners and guests. Property management is professional and timely with responsive to any questions or issues……
