“When I arrived the guy at the reception desk tried to give me a room thats very different to what I booked online. The photoes, the facilities were all different. The room didnt have balcony or was not large enough. When told him that it was not the room I booked for, he insisted it was. I refused to stay there, got in contact with the hotels to mediate it and meanwhile the guy at the reception gave up or realized I was right, I do not know but it always happens with the hotels, they usually try……

“This is very noisy hotel, could hear the street traffic all night long, staff was nice but if you want to get some sleep, peace & quiet, I would not stay.”

“Hotel is good enough, amazing terrace and welcoming enough staff. Amazing bodyguards outside, met both of them. Now biggest problem is noice from bar outside, sound goes till 11pm and can be loud because windows are not soundproof. Can be enjoying but depends on your type of trip. Parking can be convenient if you find a good spot around but unfortunately hotel does not have spots.”

“This was a perfect location near downtown Tibilisi. Walkable area with lots of restaurants and activities nearby. The hotel itself was absolutely stunning! Meticulously decorated with very welcoming staff. The breakfast buffet was also one of the best I’ve had! ”

“We booked eight days in rooms hotel of Georgia ,four days in Tbilisi,four days in Kazbegi,but it is a terrible experince. We booked the car in your hotel ,but the local stuff and the local diver are one group, they cheat travellers .we paid them 400 GEL ,but when we got on the car the driver said it was not enough,he put us in a Marshurka bus station and wanted more 150 GEL .The driver found many his driver friends to arround us ,to ask more money and to give us pressure. It is a terrible……
