Staff/Manager apologetic and refund the difference in cash.Was initially given a car park view room with balcony over a smoking area and cigarette smell coming up from below. Was promptly given a new room overlooking the river. Excellent hotel and facilities, staff friendly and everything clean. No USB outlet in room.”

“The hotel was very nice, beautifully decorated and neat. The breakfast was a bit confusing since they didn’t give any portions and you knew the dishes only after they served them to the table. But overall experience very nice though.”
