“This hotel was clean and full of amenities, with a very helpful staff. We stayed at this hotel following some snowstorms that led to the valet service and street parking not being available, so it was difficult to unload of vehicle and to find a parking garage that was not full. “The room is fine, but kind of old. There are many restaurants around the hotel. Only 3 in one shampoo and soaps and bathtowels were provided. You have to bring your own brush.”

“We booked the room for 3 persons. When arrived, we discovered that there were only two sets of bedding, the sofa bed wasn’t ready or set. When asked for one more set, the receptionist said there wasn’t any! After chasing, she gave me at last. Her attitude was not sincere nor helpful. The check in experience was bad! This affected my stay in the hotel a lot!”
