“What a lovely place! After departing a cruise ship early in the morning, we were able to store our luggage there and see the town while waiting for our room to be ready. We stayed in the Bear Glacier room on the first floor, basically 2 adjoining bedrooms and a bathroom. Very comfortable! Only negative is that the walls and floor are not insulated to reduce noise. Could hear pretty clearly through the walls. The breakfast was delicious and made to order. Sarah even made gluten free scones for……

“Gorgeous view, incredible breakfast and very accommodating. Allowed us to store our bikes in their garage due to rain. It’s a popular spot cause of how awesome it is so it was fully booked when we stayed. Everyone was nice and courteous however the walls and doors aren’t well insulted so you could hear murmuring through the rooms and all the plumbing. Not the end of the world by any means, and it didn’t deter us from continuing our multi night stay! The hosts more than make up for the thin……

“If you’re headed to Seward this is the absolute best place to stay. I am absolutely in love with this quiet remote place. It is nicely tucked away in the middle of the woods. The owner Gary is usually in the office when you enter. He is warm, informative and extremely pleasant to deal with. He had two assistants that were equally as pleasant and helpful. The cabins were well stocked with everything we could have possibly needed. The place was safe, well kept and just a dream get away for anyone……

“Yana and her team were incredible. They went out of their way to make the house cozy everynight with a fire and great ambiance, greeted us every morning during breakfast (which the 3 course breakfast was always different and incredible!) and communicated clearly which made check in a breeze. Cant recommend this stop enough! ”
