“This was the perfect location for our family (two adults and two older teen boys). We felt very safe and we were able to walk (we like to walk) to everything we wanted to do. There was a small grocery store just a few blocks away for us to pick up breakfast, coffee, etc. The beds were very comfortable and the AC worked well. It was nice to sit above board and watch the sunset over the harbor. And the communication with Deb was great. It was nice to have a comfortable homebase for a few days in……

“What a fun place to stay! We stayed with our two sons 10 and 13, it was great. We played cards on the deck overlooking the beautiful view, kids slept on the couch and that was fine with them. It was fun seeing the tide come in and out. ”

"I haven't used anything since checking in. The bathtub is clogged and infested with mosquitoes. The windowsills and tables in the room are dusty, as if no one has stayed and hasn't cleaned them in ages. The refrigerator also doesn't work. After reporting the situation, we were told we would get a full refund. However, a month has passed and I haven't received one. I contacted the hotel, and they said they'd already processed the refund and told me to check with my bank. I went to the bank and asked the manager to check, but they also said there was no refund. I think this hotel is deceptive. If I had a five-star review, I wouldn't give it a single star. It's terrible. If there was a complaint number, I would definitely file a complaint with this hotel, not just the Hilton. It's worse than an average hotel. It's ridiculous."
