The setting was magnificent and I couldn’t believe that the little dock house had a foldout twin bed, fridge, ac, and heat-the perfect place for that teen in the group that seeks their separate space! “The inside space was good for our big family however, the yard/patio area was not usable due to high grass and unmaintained patio furniture. Our kids did plan on playing in the yard so that was a little disappointing. The AC/thermostat was also an issue as it had presets that would raise the temperature high during the day. “Our family stayed here for Spring Weekend at FSU. House is adequate but dated. Master bed was uncomfortable. Kitchen has all necessary equipment.
