“My wife and I stayed for four days. It was a bit difficult to find at first, but once we followed the directions, we had no issues. We had a great time relaxing and visiting some wineries and breweries. The bed and sofa were comfortable. The internet was a little slow, but that was expected. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!”

“The Ivy Rose Cottage was very comfortable and creatively decorated. The kitchen is nicely supplied for cooking simple meals. The trains did not disturb us and were fun to watch, especially the Amtrak. Great pizza and local brewery in nearby Crozet plus an excellent Harris Teeter grocery. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for an out-of-town stay. ”

“This is the most beautiful cabin you could ever wish for! It is secluded, quiet, and the view from the top is even better than the national park! The drive up the mountain is a little intimidating if you’re not used to driving up mountains like us. It is about 20 minutes up and the closest option for food is about 20 minutes away. That being said you should pack meals to eat in a cooler, we only packed sandwiches and a few snacks but wish we had packed any food we might of wanted. The owners……

“We spent 4 days photographing the spring wildflowers in Shenandoah National Park. The house was conveniently located for us to drive to the park. We hiked in the mornings and visited a few wineries in the afternoon. Early Mountain and Glass House wineries are very close. Would definitely stay here again.”

“We enjoyed our stay at Green Mountain Song. We enjoyed the home, the game area, and the outdoor area. We were able to have most of our meals outside on the patio area which we loved. The property was very clean with the exception of several trash bags left in the garage, personal items left in the master bedroom nightstand and towels left in the dryer.
