“Stay wasn’t horrible but not the best. House needs some maintenance and a good deep clean. The tub in the main restroom is cracked and is leaking downstairs. It has already caused a whole in the foundation. Not long before someone falls through. Knobs were falling off doors/ kitchen cabinets. Some beds felt as if they had sand on them. Walls/ windows need a good clean. Other than that, it was a good house, very spacious, in a great location. Offers multiple options for entertainment. Would rent……

“Property was clean for the most part! Floor did not seem to be cleaned that well as there was sand and food left it kitchen corners and that was upon arrival. My main concern wad why we had to pay a cleaning fee when we are to do most of all the cleaning ourselves before checkout, which included - Wash all dirty dishes. Load and run the dishwasher before departure (if applicable) - Remove all food/beverages from the fridge - Remove all trash from the home (trash must be bagged). Please do not……

“The house is exactly as it appears on the web site. Very close to the beach. It had everything you needed for a barbacue.”

“This house was perfect for our large group. To start with l, there was lots of parking. The house itself was spacious and well appointed. PLENTY of beds. Everything was clean and there was even a complimentary bag of ice in the freezer when we got there (much appreciated!) It did take awhile to cool down the first night, but probably due to the size of the house.The location is just fantastic. You are right on the beach and smack-dab in the middle of Surfside. The deck was a perfect lounge area……

“Great location, easy thirty min drive from Galveston, quaint neighborhood close to beach, nuce community pool across the street, home has a lot of nice "extras", like home away from home. ”

“The property is well kept and decorated well. Although our party of two was fine for us we will try in the future to bring our extended family. The place will be great for that. Near the beach for the kids and close to the jetty for fishing.”

“Nice property. Two issues to give feedback about: 1. I was locked out and it took much insistence with VRBO (and at least 2 hrs) to solve this. It would have been wonderful if these problem could have been included in the contract (so many detalis were explained, how about including this one: how to avoid or solve if this were to happen?) 2. One night we had very noisy parties going on from two of the neighbors. Called the police at 2 am and they did not show up. What would be your suggestion?……
