“Property was clean for the most part! Floor did not seem to be cleaned that well as there was sand and food left it kitchen corners and that was upon arrival. My main concern wad why we had to pay a cleaning fee when we are to do most of all the cleaning ourselves before checkout, which included - Wash all dirty dishes. Load and run the dishwasher before departure (if applicable) - Remove all food/beverages from the fridge - Remove all trash from the home (trash must be bagged). Please do not……

“This house was perfect for our large group. To start with l, there was lots of parking. The house itself was spacious and well appointed. PLENTY of beds. Everything was clean and there was even a complimentary bag of ice in the freezer when we got there (much appreciated!) It did take awhile to cool down the first night, but probably due to the size of the house.The location is just fantastic. You are right on the beach and smack-dab in the middle of Surfside. The deck was a perfect lounge area……

“We only stayed two nights, wish it were longer. Cottage is in a great location near the beach and restaurants. Surfside Beach has a market, a 7/11 and a liquor store within less than a mile from the property. The cottage was immaculate and comfortable in every way. We will return!”

“This is the third year to rent in Pointe West but our first year at Sea Sage. Location: 10/10 Owner/management response: 10/10 The AC was not cooling the main level below 75. I text the owner/management and they had an AC company there within 4 hours. The owner even called to apologize. Family room: 6/10 Sofa is very worn and the room needs to have more seating Kitchen: 7/10 Small compared to other homes we have rented. It was was well-equipped but pots and pans were very old and finish wearing……
