“I was unable to stay in the end due to ill health but did inform the owner twice a day of my hospital status when she assured me she held my room. When I was eventually discharged she told me she gave away my room but could offer me a home stay elsewhere, unseen. I declined and she refused refund despite resellling the room. Really poor business form and honesty. ”

“The room was dirty, and very loud, bed hard as a rock. The room didn't tv or fridge or desk and didn't look like on the photos. Shower is horrible, spraying the water up, impossible to use. Worst accomodation we have had in 1.5 month in india. Also, after leaving we noticed something that looks like bed bugs bites on the skin.”

“The studio is so much nicer than the deluxe twin… more spacious, feels a lot more like an apartment than a hotel room. Lovely terrace accessible from the bedroom and good water pressure in this one. My complaint about stiff bedsheets is valid here too, I think duck feather bedsheets would make the place more cozy.”

“This hotel deserves a better rating than it has. Regardless of the fact that it is overpriced and not really a boutique hotel, it’s in a very good neighbourhood in Delhi, access to the airport is straightforward, it’s clean, safe, friendly and comfortable.
