“1/3 rd of the hotel experience is the hotel's physical condition. This particular hotel needs a serious renovation, things that shouldn't be visible, are, for instance in the dining area, you have paint chipping off the wall, there is a wall as you first walk in to the dining area (left side) where the eall is extremely dirty. The rooms have had the ceiling patched up, but with a very low budget handwork, there are gaps, chipps and in some cases, they didnt even bother to paint the entire thing,……

“When you open the door, there is a bad smell coming from the closet. The bathroom ceiling was leaking all the time. Looking at the attached picture, all the water is dripping from the top. Cleaners did not replenish toilet supplies. Everything else was fine. So my rating is average.”
