“Super easy check in. Large, comfy room. I did notice that the one window needs to be sealed at the bottom. There is a small gap in the frame which would affect heat loss/AC loss but that’s more for energy awareness. The shower worked great and was nice and hot. People coming in at night were noisy, but that’s nothing unusual. Some reminder signs referencing quiet protocol for guests might help. The AC system acted like a rain machine and it helped to mask the noise. Convenient places to eat.……

“I liked it so much here that I won't leave less than 5 stars in any category, even though I have a few minor complaints. The parking lot doesn't seem big enough, my key cards kept deactivating, even though they were not in contact with anything that would cause that, and the area on the 2nd floor marked as having ice and vending machines no longer had those things. “The heater in the room had been making the weird sound nearly all night which disrupted my sleep. My other co-workers who stayed during the same period also had the same experience. No safe in the room, no slippers provided. But the service is friendly and reliable. The location is next to major highways exit hence its very convenient.”
