“Great place. Great stay. Would stay again ”

“This exact property is not available to rent, however it is still on the website and is able to be paid for. We did not know this until check-in and realized we never received a code to get in. It was only when we called the number attached to this property is when we found out that it is not supposed to be available. The owner we spoke to was helpful and relocated us to another property only 5 mins away from the original, which turned out to be a lovely place. It all worked out in the end, but……

“The apartment was exactly as portrayed. Very neat and clean. The manager was very responsive to requests and dealt with them immediately. However, it is NOT in the area advertised. It is a significant walk away and that was very disappointing.”

“The apartment was clean, presentable, and had all the amenities my daughter and I needed! The location was a five minute walk to the 128/165/166 NJ transit bus which took us to and from 42nd St/Port Authority Bus Terminal where we hopped on subway for our NYC adventures. The manager communicated often to ensure we didn’t need anything and responded quickly. Checking in and out was very easy. Clean towels and sheets were ready for us on arrival. “This room was listed accurately and has amazing aesthetics. The host was super communicative and attentive and did his best to help me navigate the sidewalk improvements that were being made on the day of my arrival. My one suggestion would be to provide a kureg or similar basic coffee set up in the room for guests. It was my first time to visit Yonkers and there wasn’t a lot of coffee shops there. Thanks for delivering a quality experience, I would stay here again.”

“This Harlem brownstone was perfect home base for our family of 5 during our NYC stay. Easy access to MTA, local stores, and businesses. Check out Harlem Biscuit Company around the corner! And Proof Coffee Roasters, great cold brew. Located on a quiet street and plenty of sleeping space and room to spread out for our tweens/teens. Communication with the host was easy and responsive. ”
