“This property was at most the horrible experience. Property is not at all where it states on the website. When we arrived the ceiling was falling due to an old leakage and when I communicated with someone in charge of property, they said maintenance will come. We stood for a week and they came at the second to last day of our stay. It was cold every morning and the windows were patched with garbage bags. “We were a family group in town to visit NYC for a graduation and to visit family in Dobbs Ferry. The location was great with ample parking for our cars. The house has comfortable bedrooms, just as seen in photos; and two large rooms for gathering as a group. We took the Hudson MTA in and out of the city and this was convenient. Definitely visit the Untermyer Gardens- a gem! Communication with the host was easy and efficient.”

“This property was perfect for a trip to NYC as it is located 5 minutes from the train station. We were able to take the train to Yankee Stadium and that was about 30 minutes. The train stops right at the stadium! We also took the train into Grand Central then took a short walk to Times Square to catch a Broadway Show. I highly recommend this place! ”

“We had a great time staying here while visiting NYC. The apartment was very clean and had everything needed. We loved staying on new Jersey after busy days in Manhattan it was lovely to come back and get some food and have a stroll around the neighborhood away from the hustle and and bustle of the city.
