“we were first placed in a room that had a broken lamp, and a disconnected frayed wire to the second tv in the suite. This place has to be THE WORST place we have EVER stayed at. We've traveled extensively over the past few years and this was by far the worst. Very disappointed that Expedia even has it in their listings! No ice available except to take the ice bucket (no ice bucket existed in either room)to the front office, meaning a walk across the parking lot only to find that they didn't have……

“Staff was great! Reserved two rooms. The 2nd floor room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke and whatever was used to mask the smell. I felt bad that my guests had to deal with it but the beds were comfy and the room was clean. Breakfast was plentiful.”

“Dated hotel but well maintained. Room was very clean and comfortable. This hotel uses soft water. I am not accustomed to bathing in soft water, so I come very near falling in the shower. The tub did not have a shower mat. Other than that, I would stay here again.”

“The owner knew I had 3 Chihuahua and after I paid for the room came and told me it would be 30$ cash. I said ok, and the next day he came to me and said I need 30$ more for the dogs, I said ok? If you're going to charge for the dogs why not do it all at once? What if I didn't have it? I would have to leave? Woke up to crackheads walking around. Couldn't even let my dogs out to pee. Very trashy motel. Was in a pinch and had no choice. Will be going to North Longview next time for sure. ”
