“What an amazing place right on the beach. We were the only ones stay at the beach property. Loved the lounge chairs, hammock, kayaks. Had communication problems with the property manager at times. No one around upon arrival and no instructions for wifi and TV. He did make arrangements for private snorkeling and fishing tours. The place does not have a hot tub as listed in amenities. The location is ideal at the quiet end of the sidewalk.”

“We’ve been to Placencia several times, but our first stay here. Loved it! Candace’s advice and arrangements, for guides, restaurants, even a massage, were dead on. The location is within easy walking distance of all we could have wanted. And guides picked us up on the beach in front of the property! We thought this might be our last visit here, but reconsidering now. ”

“Very unique location for a home to rent. Almost all others in the area is hotels. On the boardwalk and walkable to a lot of restaurants and bars. Keyless entry, that manually locks. Furniture was not clean. Shower burning hot, but there is an outdoor shower. ”

“The property manager was lovely and made sure we were comfortable and taken care of at all times. Very sweet traditional style cabanas with a small kitchenette, air conditioning (a must), and shower. Fresh water tubs with a fresh habiscus flower each day to wash the sand off of your feet. Our room was compact and comfortable. Nice beachfront a few steps away for sunrise in the morning. Placencia beaches are not the most swimmable. Nice walking area with shops and restaurants that feature local……

The beds were comfortable, the food and drinks were amazing (thank you Oscar!), and the staff was incredible!
