“This apartment was small but modern and super cute—perfect for our family of four. The two beds were just right, and having a kitchen made it easy to make breakfasts before heading out on tours, plus it was great for reheating dinner leftovers for lunch.The real highlight was the location. Tucked at the very end of the sidewalk, it struck the perfect balance: close enough to walk to all the shops and restaurants, yet far enough away to stay quiet and peaceful. “First, we were told we wouldn't need to meet anyone there, that there would be a lock-box and we could just get in. The cabana was hard to find and not marked (to know which one was ours), and the combination we were given was wrong. The wifi information we were given was also wrong, and the wifi network we were given access to barely worked. It looks like there is a dedicated router at the location, but it was disconnected. Amenities listed that were not in fact included: -Washer and Dryer……

“This house was just as described. It was beautiful and felt like home! Having no AC was no issue at all. The breeze sweeps through the house and keeps it cool and there are fans in each room. The deck was great. We saw dolphins and manatees. We really enjoyed floating in the water right off the dock and watching the beautiful sun sets. “This island is AMAZING! Everything from the gorgeous water, snorkeling, kayaking, well appointed cabanas, friendly staff, to the phenomenal food! My husband and I really enjoyed our relaxing vacation. We love that it wasn’t a party atmosphere but a laid back and enjoyable one. We had the island to ourselves most of the time with day trippers only staying for part of the day. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a unique getaway suitable for lovebirds or families!”

“The townhouse was very nice. I guess we missed in the description that you could only go by pontoon to town as this is on an island. Also, make sure you tell your taxi driver to take Sunset Point Road - we don't know where the name Manatee came into place and our taxi wanted to take us to the Manatee Inn which is not the right place.”

“Very unique location for a home to rent. Almost all others in the area is hotels. On the boardwalk and walkable to a lot of restaurants and bars. Keyless entry, that manually locks. Furniture was not clean. Shower burning hot, but there is an outdoor shower. ”
