“I’ve stayed here before and it was lovely; however this time was very different. There is no one who checks you in or can troubleshoot in case you need anything. You call a number (True North)and the young lady says she will get housekeeping. Really? There is NO one there, not even an office anymore. The place is misnamed. It is an older 60’s motel, not a ‘retreat’. The floors were ‘sandy’ and needed vacuuming. The carpet was damp all over. The tv clicker needed batteries. The bed sheets……

“When arriving, it was clear that cleanliness and maintenance were not a priority here. There was broken glass on the bedroom floor, which was hazardous and unacceptable.
