It wasn't an issue for us but the ice machine is in the lobby and the lobby was closed most of the time we were there so definitely plan for that if you need ice. “I’ve stayed here before and it was lovely; however this time was very different. There is no one who checks you in or can troubleshoot in case you need anything. You call a number (True North)and the young lady says she will get housekeeping. Really? There is NO one there, not even an office anymore. The place is misnamed.
