“The staff us always attenti w. They greet you when you walk in the door. We have an annual reunion and they remember us from year to year. ”

“The supporting facilities are too old, the breakfast ingredients have an oily smell, there are only three choices of food, and the hygiene is not very clean. I left my clothes at the hotel without notifying us. I called to ask and said they didn't have them. They didn't return them to us until we went back to the hotel to ask.”
