“Booked the room for my husband and 2 kids for the RAK half marathon. The room was a decent size and location was good for the race. I booked a one bedroom suite. I asked at check in if the couch in the room pulled out into a bed and was told yes. This was not true. Ok. so asked for an extra bed and for extra linen for the couch. I didn't mind paying for the extra bed but the F.D staff tried to tell me that my two children could just sleep together in the single extra bed and didn't want to give……

“Wifi access was limited to only one device per room. More the one device for wifi access will be subjected for extra charge. Very poor !!!”

“Spacious room furnished with all facilities . Receptive , caring and efficient staff . Hope they can add a fence to the villa to enhance the occupancies privacy . ”

“They are trying to update and it is clean. lifts are slow and awkward. Staff was friendly but I believe overtaxed as I was away from hotel and my car overheated...I tried for 3 hours to call the front desk and also reservations with no success to get a late checkout or extend. I did however get a return call several hours after I checked out wondering why I had called...overall a nice place but needs some communications assistance.”
