“Three night-stay half-board stay, lounging by the three massive pools (one open until 9 pm!) with our toddler who enjoyed the mini-water park. Not overcrowded at all. Themed restaurants are worth trying. The beachfront rooms are quite far from the beach - which itself isn’t much of a beach either. The sand is created from crushed shells which gets uncomfortable under the feet. The beach could use a mini-bar too and a giant canopy as the sun gets really hot on the bare beach. Other than that,……

“We recently had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which is positioned in the higher price range. Given this, we expected the rooms to be in an exclusive condition. However, we noticed that some areas, such as the villa furnishings and overall maintenance, could use some improvements. A timely renovation would greatly enhance the guest experience. Despite these concerns, we truly enjoyed our time here and appreciate the beautiful setting and friendly staff.”

“Booked the room for my husband and 2 kids for the RAK half marathon. The room was a decent size and location was good for the race. I booked a one bedroom suite. I asked at check in if the couch in the room pulled out into a bed and was told yes. This was not true. Ok. so asked for an extra bed and for extra linen for the couch. I didn't mind paying for the extra bed but the F.D staff tried to tell me that my two children could just sleep together in the single extra bed and didn't want to give……
