“Hotel e experiência excelente mas tem alguns pontos a melhorar, como por ex pegamos sistema meia pensão e quando fomos jantar não podia escolher o prato pois so 1 era incluído!! Que era frango, qualquer outro teria que pagar água normal cobraram tbm!! Sobremesa também não era todas incluídas ! Acho que bebida alcoólica tudo bem mas cobrar a água no jantar ? A academia é boa porém falta muitos aparelhos, estrutura excelente e funcionários sensacionais precisando de uma nova pintura, voltaria mas……

“Wifi access was limited to only one device per room. More the one device for wifi access will be subjected for extra charge. Very poor !!!”

“Excellent location and layout of resort, good entertainment and very attentive service with to seat and lounger drink service in every bar/location even on the beach. Food was to die for particularly the daily indian and seafood options but every taste catered for. Only complaint was the booking system for the Al-la-carte restaurants the app system just doesn’t work but I reckon they will fix that in the next few months. They seemed to listen and acknowledge the problem. ”
