“Great stay at a great location! Just about ten minutes of walk from plaza Catalunya, the very center of the city. Good service. The breakfast was delicious and fresh made! All the facilities were new, clean and comfortable. Especially the view on the terrace was beautiful! Would definitely like to stay at this hotel again.”

“I felt very safe. I love how there is security at the entrance of the hotel and how they lock the doors after a certain time. You need your key card to enter the hotel at night. We loved having a rooftop pool and restaurant. The only negative thing was that it was not kid friendly when it came to food. I called in advance to ask if the hotel was kid friendly and they said yes but none of the restaurants offered kid friendly food. My son doesn’t eat extravagant dishes such as fish, shashimi,……

“整體住宿很好，櫃檯人員服務算親切，房間乾淨！離機場很近，離市中心比較遠，樓下的的早餐還不錯，因為附近的餐廳不多，建議訂早餐！對面有一個很大的shopping mall還不錯，有大間超市可以逛，不過星期日不營業，安排旅遊住這裡找吃的餐廳較不方便！對於喜歡安靜的住宿的人，我非常推薦這間飯店！”

“Excellent location. Everything is very walkable. The entrance to the metro is directly outside the front door and there are lots of restaurants and shops nearby. We stayed in the triple room and it was beautiful with two small balconies with nice views. Every staff member we encountered was very friendly and helpful. There was construction going on right outside the building and they did wake us up at 2am with construction noise but that was not the fault of the hotel. Expect the minimum as far……

“给了我一个最旁边的房间，浴室没有热水，已经超过晚上12:00，也不愿意先给我换房间休息，前后花了超过一个小时才修理完毕，而且据说全酒店只有这一个房间热水出问题。工作人员表示，晚上只有一位工作人员，他要负责前台又要负责整间酒店所发生的所有事情根本没有帮手，效率非常差。第二天早上又是没有热水，洗手台都是冷水，后来淋浴才有热水。浴缸下水非常的慢。房间有蚊子还有小飞蛾。早餐面包机不能使用，只有吐司机。酒店看起来似乎装修好，但是內部人员管理非常需要改进。酒店除了人員口頭表示歉意，並未做出任何賠償以及補償的方式。”
