“Check-in was great. We waited by a cozy fireplace for our room, and the check-in lady gave us a delicious s’more cookie, still warm. Beautiful room, super clean fireplace. ”

“Please provide bedside lighting and good pillows. The pillows are too big and firm for conducive sleep.”

“It is on a busy intersection with lots of traffic, so there is much noise from the street. When I checked in and got to my room, I wanted to get ice for a drink, and the ice bucket appeared to have been used as a trash can previously and hadn’t been cleaned; when I brought it to the staff’s attention, they replaced it, but unlike other hotels, they do not use a plastic liner (bag), so the ice goes directly into the bucket which is a bit disconcerting. When I went to get ice which was from a new……
