“Room was cleaned every day and fresh towels. Food was brilliant for buffet breakfast and dinner. Lunch in lobby bar was great. Reasonable prices. Some items cheaper here than in other bars. Pool was great, very busy at peak times. Had a view of the resort. Comfortable beds, plenty of space. Small fridge. Hooks and shelf above radiator to dry ski gear. Loved it here! ”

“Our maisonette was warm and cosy. It was lovely having the two balconies with views of the mountain. The staff were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our stay. The only niggle was the pillows! Very lumpy and uncomfortable! I was a little bit disappointed that the hotel did not offer a personal touch to congratulate my husband on his 60th birthday. I had explained that that was the reason for our holiday and hoped they would do something a bit special, such as leaving a bottle of wine or a cake……

“Absolute Katastrophe das Hotel. Vor der Reise nicht erreichbar, keine Antworten auf unsere Anfragen. Beim Checkin falsche Zimmer bekommen. Für 7 Personen, nur 6 Betten. Kein Entgegenkommen der Rezeption, es gab eine Klappcouch, die man hätte beziehen können. lapidare Auskunft: wir sind ausgebucht, sie können ihr Geld zurück haben. Gastfreundschaft sieht anders aus,..”

“Bina girişinde otel ile ilgisi olmayan ve ingilizce bilmeyen bir kişi vardı. Resevasyonumuz konusunda hiç bilgisi yoktu. Başka birini çağırdı. O kisi telefonla birileri ile görüştü sonra bize odayı gösterdiler. Yagmurlu soğuk bir gunde uzun bir yolculuktan sonra biraz bekletildik ve endişe duyduk. Odaya yerleştikten sonra rahat bir konaklama oldu. Şehir merkezine uzak anayol kenarinda. ”
