The property was quiet, convenient, and in a nice safe area. We stayed with my daughter, her husband and 2 grandchildren ages 2 & 3. Communication with the owner was easy and she was very responsive. Great place for a romantic getaway or a weekend with your family!”

“When I first saw the place, my heart sank. Dirty and grungy and full of webs and bugs on the outside. But the interior was quite nice. I only noticed 2 minor things -- mop board below the toilet paper was dirty, and the vent fan needs to be cleaned. We had a good stay. Hot tub is perfectly functional. Easy walking distance to National Eagle Center, river walking paths, restaurants/bars. ”

“Golf trip with some buddies. We had a great time playing golf in the Lake City area, and the house was awesome for that. Had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and relax in the evenings. I could highly recommend this to anyone staying in Lake City. Thanks again. DP”
