“Very Good place ”

“We had really bad experience during last night.when we really exhausted after walk all day at the park and back to the room around 8:00 pm, we couldn't enter the room because the card doesn’t work, and we have to go downstairs with all my bag looking for help. Luckily I found a nice staff who found a specialist opened the door for us and tell me there’ll be someone send a new card to me. So we wait at room thought we will get the card a couple of minutes then we could go to the pool to get some……

“Perfect for a cute home on the side with all the attractions around.... Least is the Bars in the pool, not putting enough alcohol in the drinks of the margarita (taste like a fruit drink) over charging, and already adding a 20% tip on top of it (which they really don't deserve ).. Won't go to the pool for drinks or food again... I rather bring my own alcohol over there!”

“We stayed in this hotel for three days, we are all very satisfied, the room was large and spacious, I love the full size kitchen .and the hotel was clean and quiet. We all get a good night's sleep. The hotel is surrounded by outlet malls and supermarkets . Universal Studios, Disney and the airport are all within a 20-minute drive. It's very convenient. We will definitely choose this hotel again in our next vacation. Another important point is that the staff is very professional and……

“No kettle provided which I think is important. I don’t understand why no show curtain. Toilet flooded every night after shower like a mess. Room service didn’t wash my dishes! Room is clean though.”
