“This house is a lot of fun. Lots of space, right on the water, perfect for a large group of people. There are lots of kayaks and stand-up paddle boards to use. Grill, and pool table. “Came to Rainbow River to specifically swim with the manatees. This location was excellent. Near KP Hole with boat ramp, kayaks, swimming and so much more. Especially enjoyed the hammocks. The manatee adventure was fun too. Would definitely recommend staying here.”

“We had a great stay in this roomy and comfortable house! The view of the river is wonderful, I drank my coffee outside on the porch every morning and my wine every evening. The house is perfect for a large group with space for privacy. We did all things Rainbow Springs and kayaked and swam every day. It was especially nice that single AND tandem kayaks were included. ”

“Over all very nice. I wouldn't hesitate staying again.Access to water was different than we expected from description but we made it work. We went and got new pot and pan and some utensils. Everything else was great, clean and comfortable.Rio Vista Park was quite essential to the stay but I'd advise extreme caution at boat ramp. It was dangerously slippery and needs to be addressed by association.”

“The stay was okay. Nick was nice and helpful. The main issue is that we couldn’t find the place. If it weren’t for some very kind people that lived off the main road, we would have abandoned our stay. There was no cell service so we lost our ability to use GPS and we couldn’t message the host to get better directions. The road leading up bro the area is supposed to be 199th Place, but the road sign says 108th Place. There is no sign for 199th place. Because of this, and how bad……

“Leslie is an amazing host. The cabin is located down a backroad, and it's very quiet. Daily we would see deer on the property. There is a new grocery store right down the road. KP Hole for those planning to scuba dive is less than 5 minutes away. There is a private park on Rainbow River minutes down the road that you will have access to. We loved everything about the home. “This location was exactly as discribed. It was cozy and comfortable. Private, quiet and in a safe neighborhood. Pool was clean and right outside the door! Shower was very small and probably not handicap accessible. But the water was hot and there was a great showerhead (2 of them).Bed was soft and comfortable. Plenty of extra blankets, pillows and towels. There is surprising amount of storage for an old house. Thanks for breakfast, that was a nice touch. ”
