“Came to Rainbow River to specifically swim with the manatees. This location was excellent. Near KP Hole with boat ramp, kayaks, swimming and so much more. Especially enjoyed the hammocks. The manatee adventure was fun too. Would definitely recommend staying here.”

“This house is a lot of fun. Lots of space, right on the water, perfect for a large group of people. There are lots of kayaks and stand-up paddle boards to use. Grill, and pool table. There is a large yard, we were able to play some yard games, and a fire pit. Lots of stores near by for food and drinks. The house was nice and clean. There are plenty of towels. All you need for the kitchen as far as cooking supplies (pots, pans, utensils, etc). If you are not familiar with the area, please do your……

“This was our second stay and once again the property was exactly as described. It is a great location for visitors to UF and suited us perfectly. Communication was excellent and a minor issue with the toilet handle was resolved within hours.Would definitely stay again!”

Everything else was great, clean and comfortable.Rio Vista Park was quite essential to the stay but I'd advise extreme caution at boat ramp. It was dangerously slippery and needs to be addressed by association.”
