“We fell in love with Gerard's adorable place - beautifully appointed and comfortable. The master bedroom is quite large and the second bedroom is "cozy" but certainly sufficient. “This space was centrally located. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, and the space was very spacious the view looking out over the city was amazing. “The apartment is very tastefully appointed, comfortable and spotlessly clean. We were especially impressed by our host's thoughtfulness of details, including regular and decaf coffee, biscuits, and even fresh real cream for the coffee in the fridge--a rarity these days even in nice hotels! Much appreciated. Also an excellent location--an easy 5-10 minute drive to Yale campus and downtown.”

“Overall, the unit was spotless and the building itself is very well kept. That being said, we do have some constructive feedback we would like to share. 1) The garage was very convenient to the unit; however, the parking spots were entirely too small for an SUV and seemed as though they were constructed only for compact cars. 2) in the common area the small of marijuana was so overwhelming it was impossible to use that space. “This is actually the second time we stayed here. Both times we stayed for a long weekend. We stayed here for a weekend. We are a couple with three school aged children and we were quite comfortable. “Although my original plans for the weekend changed I had a wonderful rainy stay. There are definitely a lot of food options in the area to choose from, and the walkability to the beach albeit cold and off-season was very nice. My only downside would be there were a lot of remotes and no clear placement of where which went to, the tv did not have cable(or at the very least I couldn't figure out how to use it), the only real option for air flow was to crack the windows, but otherwise a very nice……
