“Bad sound isolation, you can hear all the noise from neighbors upstairs, next doors, parties from outside.... Newly remodeled room keeps a strong smell of paint without possibility of opening window to air it up....... The only compensation is the food, how sad experience at such a high price”

“Ótimo hotel, café da manhã, local é muito bom. Sugiro trocar colchões das camas e travesseiros, há anos frequento o hotel, contudo, as camas já estão na hora de serem trocadas e travesseiros. É um ótimo hotel, possui piscina e garagem boa. Só irei voltar aos trocarem as camas. (Frequento a pelo menos 10 anos esta propriedade). ”

“I keep coming back to this hotel because of the good standard, good location and reasonable priced. Breakfast is not worth it in my opinion, you can have better food for less money if you look for places around the hotel. The water pressure in the shower is amazing, best I have experienced in Brazil. The room have a small refrigerator, but no freezer. There is also a small selection of snacks in the room. The staff is polite and helpfull. Will come back again. ”

“I notified the front desk that it was a bad idea to use a fragile plate to hold soap in the bathroom close to the sink edge where it could get wet slip off, fall to the floor and break into sharp pieces that almost cut my foot. I took a picture to show the front desk during check-out. After spending four days and having accident that could have been avoided their response was to charge me a100 multa for a 10 plate that should never have been in the bathroom. I will be sure not to stay there when……

“O hotel é muito bem localizado. O quarto é espaçoso e muito confortável. O café da manhã atende bem o propósito de uma hospedagem no centro de BH. Tem uma lojinha de conveniência no mesmo andar da recepção, que funciona 24h. Isso é muito bom , pois a qualquer momento você pode comprar comes e bebes. O custo benefício é muito bom”

The gym is very clean with good maintenance! The checkout time is very flexible and the hotel offers free waters and drinks, which is quite rare! The only disadvantage is the food selection for breakfast. In a word, I enjoyed it a lot!”
