“We had a lovely stay In general the condo was clean except for stained carpeting in 2 of the bedrooms , a very damaged bathroom floor in hall bath and black mold like areas on lanai floor and lower walls of lanai. Thank you please get the carpets cleaned and fix the bathroom floor especially that the rates for next year have gone up so much!!”

“Great location. Unit is fine but old Tuskin wall colors. Could use updating by painting. Lighting of unit is less then desired. Overall still a 9 out of 10”

“We stayed in condo for 11 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. The condo location was great with easy walking access to 5th Avenue shops and restaurants. Bayfront also had convenient places for breakfast. It was all as we expected. My only suggestion would be to provide 2 green keys to be able to access the garage and amenities so both my wife and I could access them without having to be together. ”
