“We loved the location right on the lake, enjoying the ease of fishing and kayaking. The views from the house and yard are fabulous. The house fit our needs perfectly. The host was very responsive to out questions. We would definitely stay here again!”

“We stayed at the”Blackhaus” January 19-23. The house was perfect for our 3 teenage boys and my wife and I. It is a bit off the road which offers serenity and peace. The house is well appointed and met all of our needs. It is located just about 8 minutes from whiteface ski resort and about 22 minutes to lake placid. I Will definitely stay here again. ”

“I booked this location for a Father & Son fishing trip. It was perfect! Over the week we caught over 20 fish a day in the pond. Between the boat and the kayaks we explored the entirety of Fern Lake. We also had an opportunity to fly fish one of the best rivers only 20 minutes away. The Camp was in excellent shape. Perfect for our trip or an entire family!!!”
