“This is a nice townhome in a fun location. We likes having Target and a bowling alley right next door. The reason I only gave it three stars was because of the check-in process and how the house was stocked. The front door lock was broken, so the code wouldn’t work. We had to call the host and after a while he answered to let us in the garage. Also, there were four of us staying there, and only 3 towels in the whole house. There were disposable towels in a closet we were supposed to use, but……

“The location and size is great, this place has a lot of potential but it needs a lot of attention. It needs a deep clean. For example there was a lot of cob webs, the chairs outside were very dusty, those details matter. The bed is sinking in the middle. Also the place needs a lot of repairs, for example there was a loose floor plank, and the bathroom door is coming apart. The coffee station is not appealing. Overall this could be a great little place but it appears no attention has been given……

“Cute little spot in the woods. Beautiful trees, very quiet. Very close to Lake Gregory. Cabin had everything we needed for a family of 3. Hard to get to at night roads are a little confusing, so I suggest going during the day. Everything was great, the little electric fireplace didn’t work, that was our only hiccup. ”

“This little walk up guest house has excellent light threw the large windows. It is cozy and really does have everything. The experienced hosts are so nice too. Sweet surprises and an inviting atmosphere. My bed was very comfortable, so was the couch. If you are considering it, you won't be disappointed. Thank you. ”

“Jen was a great host! Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs/requests. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. The apartment was very clean and well stocked. We could not have asked for a better location. Overall a wonderful place; we would stay here again ! ”

“Property was well appointed, clean and spacious. Our family of six stayed at this property over a long weekend for an out-of-state lacrosse tournament. We all fit comfortably and the kitchenette was perfect for preparing breakfast and quick meals in between games/coming and going throughout the day. We weren't at the property long enough to enjoy the yard/pool area, however both areas were well maintained and available exclusively to us. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.”

“Felt like a vacation very easy and had the cozy feel to it. I would stay here again.”

“We loved the location. The unit had holes on the ceiling in the shower and in one of the bedrooms. They were covered, but they still scared my daughter, and were quite unsightly. We are a family of four that stayed for three nights. Only four bath towels were provided, and one wash cloth. At least a second set would have helped. Also, no floor coverings/bath mats in the bathroom and with two kids water gets everywhere. There was a discrepancy for check out time between the email (11am) provided……

“Exactly as advertised! Great rooms, cozy feel. Location is right on the slopes, you can boot up and get to the lifts from the back door. The dishwasher wasn’t working properly, someone was sent and fixed it within 2 hours - very responsive host. Good value considering the convenience of it all.”

“This was the cutest studio and conveniently located near everything in lake arrowhead! Would recommend highly to anyone who wants a sweetheart escape in the mountains!”
