Our family vacation included 4 adults and 6 children, ages 7-17. Everyone was happy with their rooms and beds. Great layout for family fun, plenty of room. No complaints and highly recommended. “We really enjoyed staying at this property. The balcony is gigantic and has wonderful views of the river. The home itself is much larger than it appears in the pictures. The bedrooms are huge, everything is perfectly clean, kitchen is well stocked with equipment, and the furniture (including the beds) is very comfortable. The owner was very accessible and responded immediately to any question we had. My only slight complaint is the description that it is "5 houses from the boardwalk" is a little……

“We had an incredible time during our visit! The house was in a beautiful and safe neighborhood, close to the beach, and restaurants/ coffee/ the boardwalk. Lots of street parking. The house was very clean, well stocked, and well set up to spend lots of time together with family or friends. The only issue we had was that the keys were not inside the lockbox at check in, but there were alternate ways to get inside the house - all listed in the check in instructions - and the property manager was……

“Well, the unit was small. It had been indicated as being small, but had all the necessary. And we need cheese for what I was looking for which was basically a home base for 2 or 3 nights. In the santa cruz capitola region period their host was awesome and very helpful in the a location that is, all that is expected”

“We loved staying at Josh’s home. The location was perfect. A short walk to a neighborhood beach, and to restaurants and coffee shops. A quick drive to the boardwalk, seymour aquarium, and downtown Santa Cruz. Josh was so easy to communicate with, and so gracious when we lost the keys. The house is very clean, comfortable, cherry and modern decor, and stocked with every necessity you would need. The kitchen was very well stocked, and easy to cook in! The backyard is big and well taken care of.……
