“This place was perfect. The location couldn’t be better—you’re literally 20 steps from the sand, and the views are absolutely breathtaking. We found ourselves not wanting to leave, just soaking it all in. The space was spotless and super comfortable. The beds were dreamy, and the heating worked perfectly when the temps dipped at night. A peaceful, cozy, beachside escape. We’d come back in a heartbeat.”

“Property is perfect for a single or a couple looking to do some shopping and dining. Centrally located to Santana Row, next to shopping center. Very clean, beautifully decorated and host very easy to reach. Has a parking garage, a little difficult to figure out, but once you do, easy in and out of the property. Strongly recommend this property. ”

“We came for a 16 year old birthday celebration and had kids, teens and adults in the house. The house was perfect for our 8 people (we didn't use the additional pull-out couch). Lots of stairs but the house has a built in child gate. House was clean and had everything extra you could need. Lots of beach towels, a couple of beach chairs, and games for the kids. Teens took the room upstairs with full bed and single bed. Kids and adults downstairs. Bathrooms had shampoo/conditioner and body wash……

The location is very quiet and only a few blocks from Bethany Curve Walkway which takes you through the neighborhood directly down to the West Cliff Drive paved walking path and phenomenal ocean views. I was able to park in the driveway and felt very safe. UCSC is less than 15 minutes away by car. My daughter was able to ride the bus and walk a few blocks to visit. ”
