“Our family stayed here while visiting friends who are local to Santa Cruz. We come from a landlocked state, so waking up each morning and looking at the ocean was amazing. You could hear the waves from the patio and we loved how comfortable, clean, and well cared for.the home is. The owner had great communication and clearly takes pride in the home and the customer service. We made several meals in the kitchen and had everything we needed- the unit is well appointed with quality appliances,……

“We had an event at this house, such a beautiful location and everything was so clean and well organized. Our guests couldnt stop raving about the location of the house. Must stay!! Also shoutout to Teddy for being an absolute lovely and accomodating host. He was really flexible with the check in and check out timjngs. ”

“This property has a very large picturesque backyard with a heated pool, garden, and a pond. There is a BBQ grill that we were able to use. The kitchen is spacious. The amenities are great and elevated our stay! There is one small thing that could be improved: the indoor carpet has lots of stains and looks a little dirty. However, this did not bother us much. Overall, this property exceeded our expectations and we had a very pleasant stay. I would recommend this place for groups.”

“We rented the penthouse apartment/top deck and the 3rd floor villa for 9 adults. Fantastic views and huge kitchen to cook group means. Absolutely will rent this villa again if/when we are doing the Santa Cruz Ironman or anytime with a group. Indoor, secure parking appreciated also. 1 block from the beach and pier. The manager is readily available if/when questions come up. ”

“The hot tub did not work. And was not advised. Owner did not informed us and knew a month prior. We choose the property for the hot tub. Was very disappointed. There was not enough hot water for everyone to shower. otherwise the property was beautiful. The view was beautiful as well. We had a great time.”
