“Being Black in a predominantly white community our Stay was pleasant, great view, fishing and atmosphere. Most neighbors were welcoming however stayed to themselves. Local Businesses were very friendly and welcoming. Owners were excellent host as well. Will love to comeback again one day.”

“We came up with friends to snowboard at Caberfae. This place has a convenient location only about 15-20 minutes away from Caberfae, and even closer to downtown Cadillac. Everything was very clean and comfortable for our stay. I would stay again. ”

“Beautiful interior decorations theme of a beach house well done! Good WiFi and tech tvs. Were nice lots of space. Parking was easy location in front of a park was so cool for my 12 year old boy. Dog friendly dog park near by and nice sandy beach!”

“House was warm and clean, nothing fancy. Location next to the public access was a plus. Oven is old and made it hard to cook anything bigger than a 1 pot meal. Google maps shows it 7 houses from Public access and it is next door to the access.”

“Cozy lake house. Large yard, perfect for yard games, grilling, or a fire around the fire pit. Bonus that yard games, a grill, and the fire pit are all provided! Additionally, having access to the kayaks and life jackets was fantastic. And the neighborhood cats (Jack Jack & Tig) were a big hit with our son!”

“The location of this property was perfect, very peaceful. We loved the patio area overlooking the private lake, as well as the woods and trails. It was just what we were hoping for in that regard. Also, very high tech, with modern appliances and TVs/streaming. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious and the beds very comfortable! We took advantage of the fire pit as well, it was large enough to have plenty of room for all of our group of 7 to gather around the fire. The things I would……

“Everything was as advertised. Clean and spacious. Great sledding hill next to the house. Kitchen had lots of utensils\appliances. Parking and walkway was a little icy and no salt available (we purchased some). Other than that no complaints and it was a great space that we would definitely book again.”

“We really enjoyed our stay. There was lots of room for all 12 of us. The large downstairs bedroom with the TV and lots of floor space was great for the older kids and the sunroom area was perfect for the little ones. The air hockey was a hit and we even had a tournament. The kitchen was nicely stocked with lots of cooking and baking pans and serving bowls. There was plenty of table service, cups and glasses for all of us. The communication with the property owner was very timely. I would……
