“This was a good trip. Is very close to marina and boat ramp. I don't think they could fit 2 renters in the parking lot, but accommodated us just fine. Was nice to have some basic kitchen items. We ate fish the first night there. Really didn't have any complaints. Was a great place to stay and affordable. Thanks”

“Nate’s property was up-to-date and nicely decorated. It was clean, well-stocked with amenities and linens. Beds were comfortable, too. We felt very safe, as the property was in a nice residential neighborhood. Entry way was well-lit and check-in procedures were detailed and easy to understand. Our only regret is that we didn’t have time to enjoy the patio and fire pit!”

“The home was a perfect place to meet with friends who live far away to connect for a weekend. We intended on attending tater day festivities but they ended up being cancelled due to the monsoon level rain and storms that happened over many days. We were comfortable and safe and the home was cozy and had everything we needed to hang at the house. “At first we were a little apprehensive about the A/C (window unit in the living room), but it kept the house and cool. The driveway is a little ruff, but we have a truck, and the other couple has a Jeep, so it was fine. The house was very clean, and you cant beat the view! It is also close to shopping, and Land Between The Lakes recreational area. We had a wonderful time, and will definitely be looking at staying there again in the future.”

“Perfect little house for our girls weekend trip. Decorated very nice. Plenty of coffee with the coffee bar and plenty of towels in the bath. Bed was comfortable and the house was clean. The only negative I would have to say is, I dropped one of my rings under the bed and when I went to retrieve it, I saw it could have used a good dust mopping, and there was a little trash underneath. BUT I normally would have never look underneath the bed. I’m sure mine is not perfect. I would totally stay there……
