“幾分鐘的步行距離九可抵達蘇黎世湖邊，以及歌劇院!不論是散步，購物，用餐，都非常便利。所在街道也非常寧靜並且有非常棒的屋頂露台景觀，非常推薦。雖然小巧，但1F的戶外玫瑰花園讓人感受規劃的貼心。早餐也非常豐盛，餐廳外場服務人員雖僅有一位，但她的服務關注及拿捏，讓我們感到非常舒服貼心，特別要稱許一番。櫃檯的接待人員也很親切。非常推薦，並且若再訪蘇黎世，我們一定還想再次入住。”

“很棒的住宿體驗，房間有小客廳，床墊枕頭很舒服，乾濕分離，有浴缸，還可以在陽台喝咖啡，對面就有電車站和超市，很方便；櫃檯人員很友善有禮貌，早餐吃到飽選擇不少，服務人員也有禮貌。”

“住宿4人房，房間裝修是新的非常乾淨，附的電扇還是德國名牌，我們中午就到了，飯店人員很好讓我們先入住，飯店住宿位置在老城區的河岸附近，非常好找，且逛街與景點就在旁邊非常好，剛好星期六，河岸登船處廣場早上還有二手市集可以逛逛，有很多物超所值的物品（商品是可以議價）”

“My first time to Zurich. This is a super nice hotel. Park Hyatt never give you disappointment. The check in staff was super friendly. And the room was very comfortable. My best sleep ever in a hotel room. Hotel staff are super friendly. Good location. Cannot find anything I didn’t like about this hotel. ”

“Clean and cozy. Close to the tram station. 5 mins by tram or 20 mins by walk you can get to the train station. A little bit expensive but worth it cause it provides us a lovely start of our Swiss trip. Will come back if go to Zurich again.”

“Pros: Classic luxury hotel with nice and friendly staff, and it’s easy to find and park. Perfect location, heart of the city. You have all the shops and restaurants nearby. 5 minutes walking to the lake. Cons: Bed too small for two, pillows not comfortable. No AC in the room, and you can’t open the window due to the noise from the main street. The room is very stuffy and hot, and it’s only April. ”
