“This property is on a quiet road. There are neighbors nearby, but you would never know it. We didn't even hear a dog bark. The owners were easy to contact. The breakfast items, cookies and bottle of wine was appreciated. We are senoirs and the owner warned us of the steep grade to the lake. Walking sticks were provided and we didn't have a problem. We caught catfish, crappie and bluegill. Definitely will return. ”

“All the hotels were booked AND overpriced in Columbia for Homecoming…. So we ventured out to this super cute VRBO 25 miles north out in the country!! Very clean and super spacious for a one bedroom!! Could have easily fit 2 more people on the couches !! Homemade muffins and fresh eggs waiting for us !!! Definitely be back !!”

“Our family gathered from CA, CO, IL, WV, VT, DC, MO, and Mexico City, Mexico here to celebrate the life of a beloved grandfather. The home gave us a wonderful respite before and following our time at a cemetery and gathering with a wider community. We enjoyed everything about the pond - the frogs, tadpoles, blue gills, a quite evasive enormous bass that no one was able to catch, the water snakes, the song bird chorus. It was wonderful - and we are so grateful for a comfortable place to lay……
