“Great stay, the house is very conveniently located (50 feet to the beach, 0.5 mile to a Harris Teeter). There's some beach stuff (chairs, a beach cart, an umbrella, a few body boards). A few things to consider when renting this house:1. Bring a few knives. The ones that are there are super dull2. Bring spices, sugar, and salt 3. There's no AC in the smaller bedroom. Wasn't a problem for us, it wasn't very hot, and there's a large fan4. Wi-Fi signal is pretty weak (barely any in the backyard),……

“The location of this condo was excellent. There is lots to do nearby. It is well equipped with everyday essentials. If you like your morning coffee as I do, bring your own mug. The Keurig is a small 6oz maker. Though this did not hinder my stay at all. The pool was just outside and very convenient. There is an ice machine for all to use, by the pool. The outdoor space is amazing - there is a table with a grill right outside the kitchen, a deck with a table, hammock, and seats in the back of the house, and an upstairs deck with a beautiful view of the bay and beach. Very quiet area overlooking a fishing pier with a restaurant. The house is very spacious, with great bedrooms, well stocked kitchen, and a huge dining room, and living room. “We enjoyed this amazing house and property. We got to explore the neighborhood walk across the street to one of the main beaches. Also went to the Virginia zoo and a dolphin sightseeing adventure. We got to eat at the ocean view pier restaurant and enjoy our own cooking of meals. It was a fantastic vacation and we will definitely be back. Thank you for everything. ”
