“Nicely decorated”

“This property is a dream. It was immaculant, had every little ammenity that you could think of to make your stay as comfortable as possible, and had so many fun activities. We were never bored! The pool was beautiful, my bedroom suite was so perfect that I didnt want to leave it. I spent so much time in the cute window seat overlooking the river and dock reading one of the books that were on the very full bookshelf. There were chairs, swings and unique seating everywhere to enjoy every part……

“The house was extremely well kept and organized with nice touches throughout. We appreciated the welcome note, coupons and inviting atmosphere greatly. Sunsets were some of the best we’d ever seen (recommend planning dinner before or after to fully enjoy). 10/10 would return!”

“What a lovely property with ample parking. Definitely a great spot to stay if you have an event in the vacinity. 4 min drive to Tide water inn. 20 mins from Cambridge.Also, loved to see that this is a pet friendly house. Will definitely come back and will bring our pups. Kitchen is awesome and it’s all in the complimentary details here. Host was responsive to our needs very quickly and flexible. ”

“The home was spacious and clean. We appreciated the comfortable beds and linens.The kitchen is well stocked and functions well.Simply and nicely decorated.We looked forward to kayaking and enjoyed that, but,it is quite mushy getting down and into the water. We went to all the recommended locations and enjoyed them all. It is a quiet location, free of traffic and crowds. After our stay at the blue heron we finished the day at st Michael’s just 48 minutes from the blue heron…… it’s a lovely……

“Absolutely gorgeous home and property. We had a family reunion with 8 adults, 7 kids and this property was awesome. Lots of space to be together but lots of space to spread out as well. We really enjoyed swimming in the pool, fishing for crabs off the dock and playing yard games. Kitchen was well stocked with lots of utensils, cookware, crock pot, etc. Thank you for a great stay!”

“This home was everything we needed and more! It was spacious, clean and a beautiful location! There was a leak in the ceiling and the owners were very responsive and fixed it right away. Definitely recommend this stay.”
