“A group of friends were in town for an event. The house was perfect for all of us to be together but also have our personal space. Close to the airport and freeways. We all agreed we’d stay again!”

“We went down for a funeral. The house was large enough to accommodate family coming in to visit from different parts of the state. Although they did not stay with us, it was great to have a central location. This was our 2nd time staying at this home and it will always be our home away from Dallas, TX to Minnesota. The location is great, and neighborhood is very quiet. The owner Steve has very good communication skills, he responded and was available upon our request. Steve made a special visit……

“Great Communication with host - Easy to enter. Two large TVs for entertainment. It could use some more chairs in the basement, and bedside tables on both sides of the bed. Tasteful furnishings and everything seemed brand new. Very safe neighborhood and our own driveway to park.I assume this is a newer listing on VRBO and the owners are going to stock up on extra pillows and blankets, sheets for the couch and washcloths for the cold Minnesota winters. Has a coffee maker and filters for hot……

“Despite it being difficult to get into the building, it was very well maintained. Staff were responsive and quick to address an issue we had (which was due to our mistake). It was an overall positive and easy going experience. Other tenants were extremely friendly. We loved the amenities (kitchen and laundry in our room). Would definitely recommend! ”
