“This house and property were perfect for our group! 12 people and 2 dogs had a fantastic weekend on the lake!The master bedroom downstairs is HUGE so we had plenty of room for stuff for our 6 month old. There is a bunk bed in the closet of the master bedroom that we didn't end up using for our group but would be great if we had older kids. “I thought I would not be able to locate a home in this area to attend nearby functions. Thanks to Katie Foley’s accommodations we were able to comfortably accommodate 8 and one pup. “Upon Friday arrival, entered gate and the brick walk to the front door was covered in sand and dirt. To the left of the front door on the porch sat a styrofoam cooler, lid to the side and a bag of garbage in it.
